At Will Schneider's Premier Martial Arts instructors go through a very extensive selection process to insure we have only the best and most talented instructors in the world. Once selected, they are put through in an intense and rigorous series of training colleges to guarantee the quality of instruction that our students will receive. Once a Premier Martial Arts instructor is certified to teach our unique and effective system, they are then required to receive 40 hours of continuing martial arts and instructor education yearly in addition to weekly training focused on teaching and physical skills.

This ongoing training allows our instructors to stay up to date on the latest and most effective self defense techniques, teaching methods, nutrition and exercise science. This re-certification process is our assurance that every Premier Martial Arts student will continue to receive only the very best in martial arts training. Premier Martial Arts instructors are professionals, they are experts in what we do. Just Another Kid Sport – Think Again!

Will Schneider's Premier Martial Arts is not just another after-school activity. Basketball, soccer, and baseball are all great activities for children, but Premier Martial Arts is personal development through taught through the physical discipline of our unique karate program. Our exciting yet disciplined classes focus a child's attention, thus improving his or her ability to learn. Learning builds a sense of accomplishment. With each new accomplishment a student's self-confidence grows, and self esteem and confidence are the first steps in the empowerment of a person's physical and mental abilities. Once we begin to develop a students self confidence, we are then able to instill the values of respect, courtesy, honesty, perseverance, and integrity that are the foundation of martial arts dating back thousands of years.     "I don't know how you memorize all the kids names at the school.  You may not realize the positive effect you have on all the kids you teach.  As a parent in the stands I get to talk to other moms and dads and we all feel the same. Martial Arts is not a team sport, the only person that you are competing with is "Yourself." Students come to us from age four to seventy four. Some students are in shape, while others are over weight. Some come for self defense, fitness, and others for fun. Each person is treated as an equal, and is trained to the best of their own ability and potential. A student is never compared to anyone else.
